Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. This includes all order details. In two working days we will send you the package picture and tracking number. You can ask package updates anytime.
The delivery service usually requires your signature as proof of delivery. If you are not at home, the driver will either leave a note or try to contact you by telephone to agree an alternative delivery time. Or you may need to call the company directly to arrange this. If you fail to contact them, your package will be returned to us after a few days, which usually takes 15 to 30 days. Courier services may charge an additional shipping fee for resending the order.
Orders that are placed and paid are forwarded to one of our warehouse the same day. Upon receipt of your request, the warehouse will pack the goods for you according to the list order.
After the package is over, we will deliver all the parcels at 4 pm on the same day.
All orders are discreetly packaged and shipped from Hongkong, China Mainland or Singapore. The courier usually asks for a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt but this is not obligatory. Your order will be packed in neutral packaging to maintain your privacy.
Shipping fee on all orders (less than 500g) is US$45. All orders over US$500 qualify for a free shipping.
